The product selection wasn’t really for me. I know everyone has different tastes, so maybe it works for other people, but I was expecting a bit more variety. It felt kind of limited, and I didn’t see much that I’d personally want to buy. Not saying it’s awful or anything, just not what I was hoping for.

Ordered from Prism it got here faster than I expected, which always makes me wonder who’s really pulling the strings behind the shipping updates. I got tracking info like it was all part of some well-oiled operation, and everything showed up packed nicely with no weird surprises. It did take one extra day past the first estimate, but I’m not saying that was planned... I’m just saying the delivery timeline had “minor cover-up” energy. Either way, solid experience overall and I’d probably order again

I stopped in with my sister and had a few questions, but the staff seemed rushed and didn’t offer much help. It felt like they just wanted to move on quickly, so we left without really getting the information we needed.

It looked really nice at first, but after just two weeks, the stitching started coming loose, which was disappointing.

I liked the overall vibe of the store and they had some cool displays, but it felt a bit cramped when I stopped in. Everything looked decent, it just wasn’t the easiest place to browse around. The staff seemed fine too. Overall not a bad spot, just didn’t totally wow me
